The configuration challenge is divided into three phases: Define, Implement, and Launch.
During the Define phase, we will organize an initial call where you will present your product and the problems you’re facing, and we’ll work together to agree on the scope and goals of the challenge. Furthermore, will provide input on the product and business logic,
During the Implement phase, our team will implement it in one week.
During the Launch phase, we will meet online to go over the platform and demo it. You will be able to launch it in front of your buyers immediately.
Yes, the configuration challenge will be tailored to your specific product and needs.
To make the configuration challenge a success, we will need some engagement from your side. Firstly, a 30-minute call with your team to present your product and the product logic. Secondly, a 60-minute call with your team (including representatives from marketing, sales, product, and production) to present the personalized demo.
The configuration challenge takes approximately 14 days to cover all 3 phases: Define, Implement, and Launch. It may take longer if the product logic is not well understood.
