Onboarding analysis

We firstly analyze your sales process and product logic. Together, we set key objectives and goals that we’ll be pursuing. Our team provides a checklist and guidance, while you supply a list of materials and specifications. The onboarding analysis usually comprises two online team workshops.

STEP 3 • Day 7

Planning and Scope

In a kick-off workshop, we obtain an overview of the current state, processes, and positions of your business. Based on the onboarding analysis, we design backend processes and present an overall solution. We also outline a detailed timeline and action plan for your team. If needed, we consult with potential outside partners.

STEP 4 • Day 9

Implementation

Once everything’s defined, it’s time for our team of experts to proceed with the implementation. During this phase, we don’t forget about you! We give you regular updates and check-ins with your team members. Meanwhile, your team will be filling up the catalogue with product data.

STEP 5 • Day 10 – 30

Testing, Validation and Training

Once the implementation team sets up your system, the testing period starts. The system is tested by your team, and if possible, by your customers and partners too. Validation and cross-checks with the current status are made. We’re eager to hear your feedback at this point!

To make everything work flawlessly and smoothly, we also offer training for your sales team and partners.

STEP 6 • Day 35 – ∞

Production

Your feedback is important and immediately implemented. Now it’s time for your final questions and design revisions. Your sales team are familiar with the system, and so are your partners.
