At the meeting, you also entrust us with the set sales goals or the goals you would like to achieve with the Salesqueze Configurator.

The introductory meeting is designed to understand your sales process and your product by the SaleSqueze team. We also resolve all your questions about the Salesqueze tool and the Configurator. If we discover at the meeting that we have the opportunity to collaborate and we can improve the sales process and user experience of your customers, we set a date for the Strategic Workshop, where we are already planning a Configurator and a renewed sales channel.

2. Strategic workshop

A strategic workshop is usually 2 to 3 hours long, depending on the complexity of the sales process and the product. It is desirable that key employees from the field of management, sales, and marketing are present at the workshop. At the client’s request, we also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before the start of the workshop.

The strategic workshop begins with an overview of marketing activities. The introduction of digital marketing activities and the achieved results is made. Our comprehension of marketing activities is important as this is the first step in marketing – sales funnel.

Understanding your target audience is key to successful sales, so we review your target audiences. You present us to the demographic, behavioral, and psychographic variables of your target customers. 3. Offer presentation

5. Testing
