Phoenix Timber Buildings makes bespoke timber garden buildings in Farnham, Surrey. Garden rooms, offices, studios, workshops and garages, built on site across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex.
Bespoke is the hard word to sell online. Every building is different, so the old first step was always a conversation about what the buyer wanted.
The quote builder on their own site asks it instead. The buyer picks the width and the depth in feet, sets a flat or apex roof, chooses tile or rubber, adds an overhang and decking on any side, and picks one of four cladding styles. Then they fit the windows and doors wall by wall, line and insulate the inside, add a partition wall and a floor, and choose the base. Delivery, installation and the 10-year guarantee are already in the price. The room redraws in 3D at every step, and it can be dropped into the real garden in AR.
When the design looks right the buyer asks for the quote, and sales picks it up with the full spec already written down.
