YardBox builds custom studios for the back yard. People use them as offices, home gyms, pool houses, golf simulator rooms and music studios. The customer picks the design, and YardBox builds it on site, to fit the yard they already have.
A studio has to fit the yard it stands in. So the configurator starts with size. The buyer sets the width, the length and the height in feet, and the studio redraws in 3D. Floor area stops at 400 square feet, so the ranges tighten as the sizes change.
Then come the finishes. The buyer picks the roof angle, a shingle or metal roof, an overhang and a deck. Cladding can be vertical or horizontal, in vinyl, board and batten or a wood look. Windows and doors go on any of the four walls. Colours and flooring finish the studio off.
A View in AR button shows the studio in the yard. Most of the design is settled before anyone talks to sales.
