What we’re looking for

Are you passionate about manufacturing, the processes behind order management, and solving the challenges manufacturers face in dealing with dealers and customers? We’re searching for a content specialist who understands the manufacturing industry and its complexities — from production to order processing to dealer networks.

We’re looking for someone who can craft engaging, industry-specific content that speaks directly to our manufacturing clients, resonates with their pain points, and drives lead generation. You should be well-versed in the world of manufacturing and have a deep understanding of how technology can solve problems in production and sales processes. Your responsibilities

As our content specialist, you will:

Understand our manufacturing customers: Dive deep into the challenges faced by manufacturers, from order processing to dealer management, and craft content that addresses their specific needs.

Create content for the manufacturing sector: Develop case studies, blogs, guides, and social media posts focused on topics like manufacturing order processes, dealer networks, and the connection between sales and production.

Plan and execute content strategy: Create content for all stages of the buying journey, ensuring it aligns with manufacturing processes and sales cycles.

Distribute content across social media channels: Promote content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to engage and grow our manufacturing-focused audience.

Develop and manage social media editorial plan: Outline, plan, and execute content that builds our brand voice, fosters engagement, and extends our reach.

Collaborate with designers: Work closely with in-house and external designers to ensure all visuals are compelling, on-brand, and effectively complement the messaging.

Support webinars and events: Prepare content and materials for online events and webinars, enhancing their effectiveness and resonance with our audience.

Boost CEO’s personal branding: Craft content for our CEO’s LinkedIn profile, helping to build their personal brand and extend our business message.

Analyze and optimize performance: Regularly review content metrics, gather insights, and use those findings to refine and improve content strategies for greater impact.

What you bring

Deep understanding of manufacturing order processing and dealer management with a passion for streamlining these processes through technology.

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software industry. Experience in a startup is a plus.

Exceptional writing skills that help craft engaging, clear messages tailored to our B2B audience.

Creativity and passion for storytelling: Whether it’s social posts, blogs, visuals, or video, you know how to create content that tells a story and engages audiences.

Social media expertise: Proven track record in managing and growing LinkedIn and Facebook presence, with a knack for strategy.

Adaptability and flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment, and able to shift priorities quickly as needed.

Initiative and self-driven: You’re proactive, full of ideas, and willing to explore new content formats to boost our presence and engagement.
