About the role

As a full-cycle account executive, you’ll own the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing deals – by engaging enterprise-level manufacturing companies, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and executing full account mapping strategies.

This role is ideal for a strategic, consultative salesperson who thrives in enterprise B2B sales, understands how to navigate large buying groups, and can build consensus among multiple decision-makers to drive adoption.

You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to identify high-value prospects, articulate SaleSqueze’s business impact, and convert strategic accounts into long-term customers.

What you’ll be doing

Enterprise prospecting & strategic lead generation – Identify and connect with potential clients in the manufacturing sector, focusing on companies with large dealer networks and $50M+ in revenue, ensuring strong alignment with our ICP.

Multi-stakeholders sales cycle management – Own the entire sales process, from account mapping and stakeholders engagement to product demos, negotiation and deal closing. Drive deals with urgency, ensuring alignment between customer pain points and business outcomes, while managing timeline effectively to accelerate decision-making.

Complex solution selling – Engage with C-Level executives, commercial directors, VPs of sales, IT leaders and procurement teams, articulating how our CPQ platform solves revenue leakage, accelerates deal velocity and improves partner experience.

Enterprise account mapping – identify key influencers, decision-makers, blockers, and champions within target accounts to develop winning deal strategies.

Pipeline management & forecasting – Keep CRM data accurate, ensuring visibility into long sales cycles and deal progression for reliable forecasting.

Collaboration with internal teams – Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging, address customer pain points, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Building relationships – Develop long-term connections with decision-makers like commercial directors and VPs of sales, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Quota achievement – Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by navigating complex buying committees and driving enterprise adoption. A minimum of 80% of the quarterly target is expected, ensuring consistent performance and pipeline health.

What you bring

Must-have:

5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.

Proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals at the enterprise level.

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including complex procurement cycles, buying groups and decision hierarchies.

Experience with account mapping, MEDDIC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.

Familiarity with CRM tools, data-driven sales forecasting, and structured pipeline management.

Nice-to-have:

Experience selling manufacturing software or CPQ solutions.

Familiarity with the challenges of managing large dealer networks or selling complex products.
