Programs / Marketing setup
Two weeks. Rational ad spend.
GA4 events wired to the configurator, Meta Pixel and CAPI, CRM integration, and an attribution model that doesn't lie: the infrastructure your marketing team needs before any media budget makes sense.
Pixel + CAPI dual-leg · eventID dedup · GPC + DNT respecting · two-week delivery
What gets wired#
GA4#
Every event in the configurator becomes a GA4 conversion. configurator_started, option_selected, quote_requested, quote_viewed, deal_closed. The dashboard is shaped around your funnel; the events are tagged with the option set so segmentation works.
Meta Pixel#
The browser leg. Standard Meta events (Lead, Purchase, ViewContent) plus the configurator-specific ones. Tagged with the buyer’s session score from serious buyer detection so you can build lookalike audiences from real buyers, not all visitors.
Meta CAPI#
The server leg. Same events, sent from our CAPI lambda directly to graph.facebook.com. Dedup via eventID. Survives ad blockers, iOS limitations, and the buyer’s privacy settings (when they haven’t opted out).
CRM integration#
Every quote lands in your CRM with the configuration attached. Deal pipeline stages, automated tasks, lead source tagged. Native integrations live for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce. Other CRMs route through Zapier or the API and webhooks surface.
Attribution model#
The honest version. First-touch and last-touch reports separated; the multi-touch model is built in the CRM with the actual events tagged. We don’t promise unified attribution because nobody honest does, but we set up the data so your team can make informed bets.
What this isn’t#
It isn’t a “marketing strategy” engagement. We don’t write your ad copy. We don’t pick your audiences. We don’t run your campaigns. (The monthly ads program does the last one.) This is the infrastructure underneath. The strategy is yours; this makes it measurable.
Timeline#
Two weeks from kickoff. Week 1: instrumentation. Week 2: integration, testing, hand-off documentation. Most customers do this alongside the 90-day growth program (it’s included in the program), but it ships standalone too.
What’s after#
Once the infrastructure is wired, your team has options:
- Run ads in-house with rational measurement (the typical path).
- Hand the ad management to monthly ads (the typical path for teams without an in-house performance marketer).
- Use the data to refine the pricing engine and the configurator (the path for teams optimising conversion before scaling spend).
