SaleSqueze is building the Visual Sales category for complex products.

We are focused on the outdoor living industry and help companies sell products like pergolas, garden rooms, verandas, and awnings using 3D configurators, automated quotes, and full sales workflow automation.

Instead of manual quoting, emails, and back-and-forth calls, customers configure products online, see real-time pricing, and send fully qualified inquiries.

Our platform combines configuration, pricing, quoting, and dealer collaboration into one visual sales experience.

Why this matters:

The Mission

Build and scale the paid demand engine that feeds our sales team high-quality leads and meetings every day.

You own: Meta → Funnel → Demo bookings → Prequalification → Pipeline

If bookings grow and quality improves, you win.

Outdoor living companies lose deals because customers can’t visualize products and sales teams waste time preparing quotes manually. SaleSqueze fixes this by letting customers design products in 3D and receive automated quotes instantly.

We are building the category leader in Visual Sales Systems. This role is not “run ads.” This role is building the demand engine that scales a global category winner.

Now we need someone to help us scale demand globally.

What You’ll Own

Paid growth:

  • Scale Meta ads
  • Create and launch new creatives and angles weekly
  • Improve signal quality and tracking

Funnel performance:

  • Improve conversion across Ads → LP → Lead form → Demo → Booking → Prequalification
  • Increase lead quality, not just lead volume
  • Work directly with the founders and sales team on feedback loops

Growth systems:

  • Build repeatable testing frameworks
  • Read data daily and move/pivot/test fast
  • Turn insights into experiments immediately

Compensation

Competitive base starting at €36,000 gross per year + performance upside tied to pipeline and revenue impact +  options.
